Terms of Service

These terms describe how KITT is offered and used. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice.

Introduction

These terms govern your use of KITT. By using KITT or engaging with onboarding, you agree to these terms.

Use of KITT

KITT is intended for business use. You agree to use the platform lawfully and avoid misuse, abuse, or disruption of service.

Demo and early partner access

KITT currently onboards selected early partners. Demo requests are reviewed case by case to ensure the onboarding scope is a good fit.

Managed setup

KITT may provide managed initial setup support. The exact scope and timeline are agreed during onboarding discussions and may vary by business complexity.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, product details, content, legal compliance, and ongoing operational decisions in your workspace.

Content and business information

You retain ownership of your submitted content and business information, and you grant KITT permission to process it as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Domains and third-party services

Domain setup, hosting dependencies, and external service integrations may involve third parties with separate terms and policies.

Payments and pricing

Public pricing is not currently published. Commercial terms, including any pricing or service scope details, are agreed separately during onboarding.

Availability and changes

KITT will evolve over time. We may update, improve, or retire features to maintain reliability and product quality.

Service limitation

KITT is provided on a practical best-effort basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the service relationship.
